Practicing in Public and Vaults

In Practicing in Public vs Working for Something, I wrote about the distinction between practicing and working as well as getting paid for work. In the spirit of trying to navigate this tension, I'm sharing some of my writing projects in the "incubation" stage. These are projects that I am worldbuilding and outlining but not actively working on at the moment. These will be publicly available until I start working on them in earnest at which point they will, to borrow a phrase from Disney and Taylor Swift, go into the vault. Once a project goes into the vault, it will be unpublished here, but will still be available to my patrons.
